RESUMO: O presente trabalho se designa ao estudo do instituto da múltipla paternidade ou maternidade, alguns de seus efeitos no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. De forma genérica apresenta a visão da família perante o Código Civil de 1916, e toda a evolução que a família vem sofrendo com a vigência da Constituição Federal. Ainda, todos os principais princípios constitucionais que tem vínculo com a multiparentalidade. Contudo faz-se uma análise sobre a filiação no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e suas entidades familiares, que é conhecida como diversidade das famílias. A metodologia utilizada é do tipo exploratório, pois serão elucidadas informações acerca da multiparentalidade em casos práticos, e o posicionamento do STF e demais tribunais. Assim, com o surgimento de alguns efeitos em decorrência da multiparentalidade deve-se levar em consideração a criação de uma possível lei.

ABSTRACT: The present work is designed to study the institute of multiple paternity or maternity, some of its effects on the Brazilian legal system. In a generic way it presents the view of the family before the Civil Code of 1916, and all the evolution that the Family has been undergoing under the Federal Constitution. Still, all the main constitutional principles that are linked to multiparenthood. However, there is na analysis of the affiliation in the Brazilian legal system and its Family entities, which is known as family diversity. The methodology used is of the exploratory type, as information about multiparenthood will be elucidated in practical cases, and the posion of the STF and other courts. Thus, with the emergence of some effects as a result of multiparenting, the creation of a possible law must be taken into account.
