RESUMO: O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso, explora o campo do Direito Constitucional, bem como, em conjunto com a Teoria do Estado, que tem como tema principal – ‘Crise nos Poderes da República: Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário’. O estudo surgiu devido à grande crise que assola essas instituições públicas, o qual verifica-se identificar os principais sintomas dessa patologia dentro dos poderes. O tema é atual e está presente diariamente nos jornais e mídias de grande alcance, o qual leva e dissemina o comportamento de cada poder e sua atuação. Já o objetivo é, demonstrar como cada poder se comporta no atual cenário brasileiro e suas principais consequências devido a sua ingerência em determinado poder, também construímos os principais pontos que necessitam de atenção urgentes. A presente pesquisa será de forma exploratória, por intermédio de um método dedutivo e indutivo, sobretudo, com a coleta de dados, realizada por intermédio de pesquisa bibliográfica e artigos científicos. Já a análise de dados será de forma qualitativa. A abrangência de forma profunda nos poderes da República, explorando os principais pontos, que contribuem para os atuais problemas, que dessoam nos abusos de cada poder. Dentro do presente trabalho, será tratado a mídia como um quarto poder de atuação, o qual contribuí negativamente e positivamente para a democracia brasileira. E por fim, em um último capítulo, a demonstração de um dos piores momentos da República, provocado pelo chefe do Poder Executivo.

ABSTRACT: This course conclusion work explores the field of Constitutional Law, as well as, together with the Theory of the State, which has as its main theme – ‘Crisis in the Powers of the Republic: Executive, Legislative and Judiciary’. The study came about due to the great crisis that devastates these public institutions, which it is verified to identify the main symptoms of this pathology within the powers. The theme is current and is present daily in newspapers and wide-ranging media, which takes and disseminates the behavior of each power and its performance. The objective is to demonstrate how each power behaves in the current Brazilian scenario and its main consequences due to its interference in a certain power, we also build the main points that need urgent attention. This research will be exploratory, through a deductive and inductive method, above all, with data collection, carried out through bibliographical research and scientific articles. The data analysis will be in a qualitative way. The deep coverage of the powers of the Republic, exploring the main points that contribute to the current problems, which echo in the abuses of each power. Within this work, the media will be treated as a fourth power of action, which contributes negatively and positively to Brazilian democracy. And finally, in a last chapter, the demonstration of one of the worst moments of the Republic, provoked by the head of the Executive Power.
