RESUMO: Cumprimento antecipado de sentença penal condenatória no Tribunal do júri antes do trânsito em julgado. Em razão de investigar a possível violação de princípios constitucionais no cumprimento antecipado de sentença penal condenatória prolatada pelo tribunal do júri, que imputa perda de liberdade antes de exauridos todos os recursos processuais utilizados para impedir o cumprimento de sentença, frente a justificativa da soberania dos veredictos do tribunal popular. Através da análise dos princípio constitucionais da presunção de inocência, duplo grau de
jurisdição e soberania dos veredictos aplicado ao processo penal brasileiro; da abordagem sobre o entendimento a cerca do transito em julgado e sua
progressividade; do exame do cumprimento antecipado da pena; da exploração da possível ofensa ao principio da presunção de inocência e ao duplo grau de jurisdição quando ocorre o cumprimento antecipado da pena em decorrência de sentença penal condenatória no Tribunal do Júri.

ABSTRACT: Early fulfillment of a condemnatory criminal sentence in the jury court before the final judgment. In view of investigating the possible violation of constitutional principles in the early fulfillment of a condemnatory criminal sentence issued by the jury court, which imputes loss of freedom before all the procedural remedies used to prevent
