RESUMO: A procura incessante do conhecimento no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro em relação à família de adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas vem se transformando ao longo do tempo de forma singular, necessitando de amparos legais embasados em políticas públicas onde o Estado Democrático e a sociedade ressaltam a amplitude dos programas sociais. Assim, no presente trabalho as políticas públicas e seus programas sociais no Brasil que versam sobre a família de adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas serão o foco do estudo, pois, analisar, relacionar e minimamente entender seus impactos na sociedade pontua as reais necessidades do indivíduo na forma biopsicossocial junto a comunidade cientifica, já que a aproximação dos pesquisadores do direito em relação a ansiedade apresentada e vivenciada pelas famílias destes adolescentes mostra-se pertinente a pesquisa. Desta forma pretende-se verificar as políticas públicas da família voltada aos adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas, buscando entender a problematização que a família está inserida.

ABSTRACT: The incessant search for knowledge in the Brazilian legal system in relation to the family of adolescents who comply with socio-educational measures has been transforming over time in a unique way, requiring legal support based on public policies where the Democratic State and society emphasize the breadth of programs social. Thus, in the present work, public policies and their social programs in Brazil that deal with the family of adolescents who comply with socio-educational measures will be the focus of the study, since analyzing, relating and minimally understanding their impacts on society punctuates the real needs of the individual in biopsychosocial form with the scientific community, since the approach of law researchers in relation to the anxiety presented and experienced by the families of these adolescents is relevant to the research. In this way it is intended to verify the public policies of the family aimed at adolescents who comply with socio-educational measures, seeking to understand the problematization that the family is inserted.
