RESUMO: O presente relatório tem o objetivo de abordar as atividades realizadas durante o estágio curricular supervisionado na empresa Lottus Biosoluções Ltda, no município da Lapa – PR, bem como abordar um tema central com maior profundidade, tratandoo em forma de revisão de literatura, sendo ele: SUBSTÂNCIAS HÚMICAS E SUA IMPORTÂNCIA NA AGRICULTURA. Foram realizadas atividades como consultorias gronômicas, com visitas técnicas à campo, no intuito de conhecer melhor o públicoalvo
da empresa, bem como suas áreas de cultivo e as culturas implantadas.
Simultaneamente, eram realizadas coletas e análises de solo como respaldo para a recomendação dos produtos que compõem o portifólio da Lottus Biosoluções. O acompanhamento periódico de produtores que já fazem uso dos produtos da empresa, também era realizado até o momento da colheita, sendo feito o mesmo, no caso de testes efetuados em propriedades. Os produtos fabricados pela empresa têm como foco contribuir com o desenvolvimento sustentável, pois atuam na melhoria das condições do solo e da planta, resultando em uma agricultura de menor impacto. Ao término do estágio percebeu-se a grande importância do mesmo para o início da vida profissional, pois é através dele que se tem a grande oportunidade de colocar em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos no decorrer do curso.

ABSTRACT: This report aims to address the activities carried out during the supervised
curricular internship at the company Lottus Biosoluções Ltda, in the city of Lapa – PR, as well as addressing a central theme in greater depth, treating it in the form of a literature review. ele: HUMIC SUBSTANCES AND THEIR IMPORTANCE IN AGRICULTURE. Activities were carried out as agronomic consultancies, with technical visits to the field, in order to get to know the company’s target audience better, as well as its cultivation areas and the implanted cultures. Simultaneously, collections and soil analyzes were carried out to support the recommendation of the products that make
up the Lottus Biosoluções portfolio. The periodic monitoring of producers who already use the company’s products was also carried out until the time of harvest, the same being done in the case of tests carried out on properties. The products manufactured by the company are focused on contributing to sustainable development, as they work on improving soil and plant conditions, resulting in less impact agriculture. At the end of the internship, it was perceived the great importance of it for the beginning of
professional life, because it is through it that one has the great opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the course.
