RESUMO: As feminilidades, a partir das normas regulatórias de gênero, têm como atributos constitutivos a maternidade e o cuidado com a casa. No entanto, com a entrada da mulher no mercado de trabalho, são vários os casos onde a estrutura econômica do lar se embasa na condição financeira da mulher. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa teve como objetivos analisar as feminilidades produzidas em/por casais heterossexuais em que a mulher é a principal provedora; identificar quais as responsabilidades do casal frente às atividades domésticas; e descrever a relação afetiva e conjugal. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com membros de oito famílias, com filhos ou não. Os dados coletados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo e elencados em duas categorias: atividades domésticas: entre perdas e ganhos; e a mulher enquanto provedora. A partir da análise pode-se observar que a produção de feminilidades em casais heterossexuais independe do gênero.

ABSTRACT: The Femininities, based on the ordinary norms of gender, has as constitutives attributes the maternity and the housework. However, with women in the labor market, there are several cases where the economical home structure bases itself in the women’s financial condition. Thinking about that, this research has as goals to analyze the femininities produced by heterosexual couples where the woman is the main breadwinner; identify wich are the couple responsabilities facing the home activities; and describe the couple’s affective relationship. Therefore, semi-structured interviews were made with members of eight families, with or without children. The collected data were analyzed through the content analysis and separated in two categories: home activities: losses and gains, and the woman as the breadwinner. From this analysis it’s possible to observe that the production of femininities in heterosexual couples don’t depend on gender.
