RESUMO: O presente trabalho tem como escopo o estudo da teoria do desvio produtivo do consumidor, a analise dos avanços no entendimento jurisprudencial, bem como o enquadramento da teoria. O trabalho será feito com base em revisões bibliográficas, obras na área de pesquisa, publicações em sites, artigos científicos, dissertações, teses e julgados sobre o tema proposto.
ABSTRACT: The present work has as scope the study of the productive deviation theory of the consumer, the analysis of the advances in the jurisprudential understanding, as well as the framing of the theory. The work will be based on literature reviews, works in the research area, publications on websites, scientific articles, dissertations, theses and judgments on the proposed theme.
