RESUMO: O presente trabalho trata acerca dos sistemas processuais penais existentes no rito especial do Tribunal do Júri. O estudo surgiu a partir da problemática existente na definição precisa dos sistemas processuais existentes neste rito. Desse modo, o objetivo deste estudo ocorrerá com a exposição dos sistemas presentes no direito processual penal brasileiro e no rito especial do Tribunal do Júri. A metodologia do presente trabalho é descritiva, e ocorrerá pela documentação indireta, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o assunto. Ainda, a abordagem presente é a qualitativa, sendo apresentados diversos autores que tratam cerca da temática.

ABSTRACT: This work deals with the criminal procedural systems in the special rite of the Court of Jury. The study was based on the problem of defining the procedural systems in this rite. The objective of this study will occur with the exposure of the systems present in Brazilian criminal procedural law and in the special rite of the Jury Court. The methodology of this work is descriptive, and will occur by indirect documentation, through bibliographic research on the subject. Moreover, the present approach is qualitative, with several authors dealing with the topic.
