RESUMO: O presente relatório tem o objetivo de abordar as atividades realizadas durante o estágio curricular supervisionado na Plantimudas Comércio Ltda, situada no município de Almirante Tamandaré-PR, bem como abordar um tema central com maior profundidade, tratando-o em forma de revisão de literatura, sendo ele: LUMINOSIDADE NO CULTIVO PROTEGIDO DE MUDAS OLERÍCOLAS. As atividades desenvolvidas têm como finalidade principal de aprimorar os conhecimentos didáticos e práticos desenvolvidos ao longo do período de graduação. A produção de mudas de hortaliças é uma das etapas mais importantes do cultivo, ao influenciar o estabelecimento e rescimento inicial das plantas no campo. O uso de técnicas que possibilitem um crescimento mais rápido, com igual ou melhor qualidade delas, tem reflexo direto no campo, pois pode adiantar o plantio ou encurtar um ciclo. Nesse sentido, o uso do cultivo protegido vem como uma alternativa de sistema de produção, permitindo controlar fatores que a produção a campo não permite. As conclusões obtidas com a produção de mudas olerícolas, em
cultivo protegido são que possibilitam uma uniformidade, sanidade e qualidade que são fatores requeridos pelos produtores, sendo afetados positivamente pelo uso de técnicas que alteram seu microambiente, como as malhas/telas/ coberturas plásticas coloridas.

ABSTRACT: This report aims to address the activities carried out during the supervised
internship at Plantimudas Comércio Ltda, located in the municipality of Almirante Tamandaré-PR, as well as addressing a central theme in greater depth, treating it in the form of a literature review, being it: LUMINOSITY IN THE PROTECTED CULTIVATION OF OLERIC SEEDLINGS. The activities developed have the main purpose of improving the didactic and practical knowledge developed during the graduation period. The production of vegetable seedlings is one of the most important stages of cultivation, as it influences the establishment and initial growth of plants in the field. The use of techniques that enable faster growth, with equal or better quality, has a direct impact on the field, as it can advance planting or shorten a
cycle. In this sense, the use of protected cultivation comes as an alternative
production system, allowing to control factors that field production does not allow. The conclusions obtained with the production of vegetable seedlings, in protected cultivation are what allow for uniformity, health and quality, which are factors required by producers, being positively affected by the use of techniques that alter their microenvironment, such as colored plastic meshes / screens / coverings.
