RESUMO: O estudo foi baseado na adoção tardia: olhar investigativo sobre padrões de relacionamento familiar, comportamento social e escolar, propondo uma contribuição à ressignificação e percepção da atual cultura da adoção; neste caso a adoção tardia foi o foco da pesquisa. Objetivo voltado ao amparo da criança ou adolescente que por alguma razão teve que ser afastada de sua família natural, amparado por dispositivos legais assegurando os direitos constitucionais. Os conhecimentos ampliados sobre adoção; a adoção tardia e as causas em determinados momentos preconceito e uma preconização do assunto na sociedade contemporânea, muitas vezes sendo julgado erroneamente. Ambiente harmônico e convívio familiar são indispensáveis para uma adaptação sadia de crianças e adolescente na fila de adoção, principalmente quando se fala em adoção tardia. Desta forma como equilibrar os sentimentos com esta criança ou adolescente, proporcionando maior afeto junto a nova célula familiar? Justifica-se o estudo, pela questão de desmistificar que a adoção plena e eficaz só acontece quando o adotado for recém-nascido, pois, muitos casais têm receio da criança ou adolescente não se habituar a nova realidade por terem passado longos períodos em uma instituição, por já terem caráter e personalidade formados ou mesmo pelo traumas presente, apresentando dificuldades na nova convivência familiar Pretende contribuir para a construção de conhecimento, que oriente a prática de profissionais que estão necessariamente ligados a estas crianças ou adolescentes, seja na área de educação, comportamento social e familiar. Tema que representa um papel significativo na sociedade, por meio de promover uma família às crianças e adolescentes que não conhecem a convivência familiar, dando oportunidade a mesma que inserida neste seio familiar, sinta-se um ser integrante e essencial a família; certo que leva um tempo para este engajamento, mas com afetividade e proteção acaba desenvolvendo um grande elo, conforme a legislação salienta. O estudo acerca de uma dimensão teórica, de pesquisa dogmática e qualitativa, onde a doutrina e legislação foram abordadas como reflexão epistemológica, por meio de conceitos em um contexto históricos e social; que suscitam uma identidade jurídica, fundamentada por meio de discurso jurídico, considerando assim uma estrutura social consolidada e a chegada a um novo lar, pauta no amor e afeto pelos pais adotivos.

ABSTRACT: The study was based on late adoption: an investigative look at patterns of family relationship, social and school behavior, proposing a contribution to the re-signification and perception of the current culture of adoption; in this case late adoption was the focus of the research. Objective aimed at protecting the child or adolescent who for some reason had to be removed from their natural family, supported by legal provisions ensuring constitutional rights. Extended knowledge on adoption; late adoption and causes at certain moments prejudice and a preconception of the subject in contemporary society, often being misjudged. Harmonious environment and family life are indispensable for a healthy adaptation of children and adolescents in the line of adoption, especially when it comes to late adoption. In this way how to balance the feelings with this child or adolescent, providing greater affection next to the new familiar cell? The study is justified because it demystifies that full and effective adoption only happens when the adoptee is newborn, since many couples are afraid of the child or adolescent not getting used to the new reality because they have spent long periods in an institution , because they already have character and personality formed or even by the traumas present, presenting difficulties in the new family coexistence It aims to contribute to the construction of knowledge, which guides the practice of professionals who are necessarily linked to these children or adolescents, be it in the area of education, social and family behavior. A theme that represents a significant role in society, by promoting a family to children and adolescents who do not know the familiar coexistence, giving the same opportunity that is inserted in this family, feel an integral and essential being the family; certain that it takes time for this engagement, but with affection and protection ends up developing a great link, as the legislation points out. The study about a theoretical dimension, of dogmatic and qualitative research, where the doctrine and legislation were approached as epistemological reflection, through concepts in a historical and social context; which give rise to a juridical identity, based on a juridical discourse, thus considering a consolidated social structure and the arrival of a new home, a pattern in love and affection for adoptive parents.
