RESUMO: Este trabalho visa abordar sobre a relação da ficção da saga Star Wars e com a realidade ao processo “democrático” do impeachment do governo Dilma Rousseff. Objetiva ainda abordar conceitos da área do Direito Constitucional que envolvem o impeachment da ex-presidente Dilma Rousseff, no âmbito comparativo com a saga da obra cinematográfica pap1. O filme se revela como uma saga envolvendo tramas e a forma como se define dentro do direito constitucional. As narrativas do elenco de Star Wars, na fala de Jedi ou Sith, são vistas por inúmeros constitucionalistas que se parecem com o critério de pensar do autor do filme supramencionado e que se dá a construção deste estudo, da simulação da essência do seu processo criativo. O trabalho analisa o processo “democrático” do impeachment presidencial realizando uma abordagem introdutória, histórica e conceitual, seguido de uma análise da natureza jurídica e dos dispositivos que regem os procedimentos. Este projeto se encerra com um comparativo elucidando a semelhança entre o fato ocorrido no Brasil e a saga da obra de Star Wars.
ABSTRACT: This work aims to address the correlation between the fiction of the Star Wars saga and reality to the “democratic” impeachment process of the Dilma Rousseff government. It also aims to approach concepts of Constitutional Law field that involve the impeachment of the former president Dilma Rousseff, in the comparative scope with the saga of the cinematographic work. The film reveals itself as a saga involving plots and the way it is defined within Constitutional Law. The narratives of the Star Wars cast, in the speech of Jedi or Sith, are seen by countless constitutionalists who resemble the criterion of author of the aforementioned film and that the construction of this study takes place, the simulation of the essence of his creative process . 🇧🇷 The work analyzed the “democratic” process of presidential impeachment, performing an introductory, historical and conceptual approach, followed by an analysis of the legal nature and the provisions that govern the procedures. This project ends with a comparison elucidating the similarity between the fact that occurred in Brazil and the saga of the Star Wars work.
