RESUMO: Em 1992, uma criança de seis anos de idade desapareceu em Guaratuba Litoral
do Paraná, seu corpo foi localizado com sinais de mutilação e a posteriori, sete
pessoas confessaram que tinham realizado um ritual de magia negra com os
órgãos do menino. Durante o desenvolvimento do processo, é possível identificar
atos de intolerância religiosa que contribuíram no inquérito policial e em
julgamentos, desse modo, o cerne desta pesquisa foi analisar de qual forma a
intolerância religiosa contribuiu nas investigações, demonstrando suas raízes
históricas que são frutos de um racismo estrutural, construindo uma análise
temporal da violação de direitos humanos. A sua justificativa se dá através do
questionamento do modo de como procedeu o desenrolamento do processo
realizando comparações com fatos históricos já ocorridos no cenário jurídico e
histórico brasileiro, e como essa raízes históricas reproduziram atos que levaram
a condenação de sete pessoas.

ABSTRACT: In 1992, a six-year-old child disappeared in Guaratuba, on the coast of Paraná,
his body was later found with signs of mutilation and, a posteriori, seven people
confessed that they had performed a black magic ritual with the boy’s organs.
During the development of the process, it is possible to identify acts of religious
intolerance that contributed to the police investigation and trials, thus, the core of
this research was to analyze how the religious intolerance contributed to the
investigations, further demonstrating its historical roots that are fruit of a structural
racism, building a temporal analysis of human rights violations. Its justification is
through the questioning of how the process proceeded, making comparisons with
historical facts that have already occurred in the Brazilian legal and historical
scenario, and how these historical roots reproduced acts that led to the conviction
of seven people.
